Limited Lifetime Guarantee

SuperScrapers are warrantied to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Warranty is void if the tool is altered in any way or shows signs of abuse or misuse.

Warranty is provided by Innovative Tools only. Innovative Tools, upon determination of a warranty claim, will repair or replace the SuperScraper. It is the owner's responsibility to return any scraper to Innovative Tools for warranty service. Warrantied tools will be returned to the owner at Innovative Tools' expense.

Free Resharpening: Although carbide is one of the hardest metals available for use on the SuperScraper, it can chip in certain situations. Also, after years of use, it can lose its sharp, 90-degree corner-edge and become necessary to be resharpened for maximum efficiency.  Innovative Tools will resharpen any SuperScraper free of charge. Simply return the scraper(s) properly packaged with (return) shipping prepaid to Innovative Tools. Please include $7.00 for return shipping. If returning more than one scraper, please add $1.50 for each additional scraper being returned.
